For most of my life, I chased answers outside myself — diets, rules, programs — all to fix what I thought was wrong with me.

Multiple diets. Endless rules. More restrictions than I can name. Hundreds of pounds lost and gained. Gained and lost. Over and over again.

Add in childhood trauma, medical gaslighting, and breast cancer — and it became easy to believe my body had failed me.

Gratefully, I don’t live in that cycle anymore. I move with more ease, energy, and collaboration with my body than I ever dreamed possible.

Everything changed when I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it. By tuning in, I organically discovered intermittent fasting, keto, and carnivore eating — not as rigid rules, but as ways of honoring what my body was asking for.  

Tuning in changed my entire life. It led my body to its natural size —  and gave me something even more powerful: peace with food, freedom from the negative self-talk and shame, and a partnership with my body.

The best part? The constant judgment is gone, and I no longer obsess about the scale. I know this is my life now and these changes are such a gift
